Report a data problem

The most valuable messages we receive come from people who live in the place we got wrong. Helpful details include:

• The city page URL or slug
• What is wrong — the spelling, the country, the time zone, the population, the coordinates
• What it should be, and how you know

Time zone corrections are our highest priority, because a wrong zone makes every other number on the page wrong too.

Contact us for our API

We offer an API for developers who need reliable reference time, time zone resolution and city lookup inside their own applications — scheduling tools, booking systems, logistics dashboards, trading and monitoring products. Endpoints cover current reference time, city search with prefix matching, and per-city time zone facts including current offset and daylight saving state, returned as clean JSON.

If you would like access, contact us for our API and include:

• A short description of your product and the use case
• Expected request volume, roughly, per day or per month
• Whether you need commercial terms, a service level agreement or an invoice

We will reply with documentation, authentication details and pricing where it applies. Small and non-commercial projects are usually straightforward to accommodate.
